October at G.A.H

October was a busy month in Pontypridd, with new Powerfabs equipment, new cardio machines, a visit from athletes from South Africa and a visit from Ms Olympia!

In the last few days we had a team of athletes all the way from South Africa at the gym to compete in Mike and Leica's Union cup on the 5th of November then also, on the 27th of October, former Ms Fitness Olympia Champion Monica Brant visited G.A.H for a shoulder session with Leica, Watch the full video of Monica's visit  HERE
