January 2017 at G.A.H

December was another big month for us in pontypridd, with the addition of several new pieces of powerfabs equipment added to the gym. We also had 3 of the top junior bodybuilders in Britain, Dean white, Guy Harding and Rushane Thomas visit for a day of training with Mike and Leica, see the full footage here. As we move into 2017 there are more plans in place to keep improving and creating the best training facility possible.
