G.A.H Gym is South Wales' premier commercial bodybuilding facility — built by Mike & Leica Gelsei for everyone that's serious about getting results. Based in Pontypridd and open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we've created an environment where serious training actually gets done. No distractions. No waiting. No compromise on equipment. As a family-run gym, we do things differently. Every piece of kit was chosen with purpose. Every member is treated with respect. And because of Mike & Leica's experience — you're training in a facility that genuinely understands what it takes. Leica is a specialist in all things bodybuilding and training. From training the complete beginner to the most experienced competitors — with a track record of working with people from all walks of life, helping them attain whatever goal they wish to achieve. Leica's philosophy centres on sustainable results: correct training, good nutrition and a great minute.

Mike holds a First Class Honours Degree in Applied Sports Science and, as such, possess both the theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of physical performance. As co-founder of G.A.H Gym, with Leica this facility is built around one principle: the creation of a facility that fosters a hard-working, friendly atmosphere. Every equipment choice and every membership offering at G.A.H reflects that.
