Today we took delivery of a brand new Powerfabs plate loaded lying leg curl and also made preparations for the new arrivals coming to the gym in the coming weeks. Over the next few weeks and months we have plenty more in the works, a variety of plated loaded, cable machines as up to date cardio and fitness equipment, all in the effort to make our Pontypridd facility even better and keep on improving.

Here at GAH Gym we offer discount rates for school and university students. Rates are available for monthly, calendar year and academic year payments. £20 each month if you want to play monthly, or one off upfront payments of £220 for 12 months, or £160 for 9 months.

One of our favourite pieces at our CIlfynydd gym, the Powerfabs Multi Press offers a huge amount of variety for one piece of equipment. You can perform bench press, shoulder press, shrugs, bent over rows, upright rows, viking press and, as shown in the video, bicep curls. Another great addition to GAH as we strive to keep improving.
