 Our Latest event at G.A.H Gym - Midnight Mass! This event will be held on the 23rd of June 2018 at 8:30pm  This event is everything this Gym is about - getting together from some hard training sessions and loving every minute of it!  The first seminar of 2018 at G.A.H Gym will be held on the 28th January 2018, with a 1pm start. This will be the first of several body part specific seminars of 2018, starting with Leg training!  The first part of the seminar will be a presentation from Mike and Leica, discussing anatomy, training theory, application, training set up and different training techniques of leg training. The second part will be a leg session with Mike, with a select 1-2 participants who will be put through a training session in the style discussed in part 1.  The participants will also be given a G.A.H "I survived Leg Day" T-Shirt afterwards. For the chance to be a part of this session, comment below with why you'd like to train with Mike on the 28th. Winners will be announced shortly.   At G.A.H we are proud to announce the latest addition to the G.A.H clothing range with the G.A.H Classic Tee. A black t-shirt Featuring a retro inspired G.A.H Badge and JFT design on the back. These tops will be available in sizes Small-2XL, and will be released as an online exclusive, only for purchase on the clothing section of the site. This top will be priced the same as all of our other t-shirts at £15 with a £3 delivery for P&P. The G.A.H Classic Tee will be available from the 7th December 2017. Order within the UK will be delivered within the working week, if purchasing from outside the UK or for any more information get in touch with us directly. Once payments start you will be charged the regular price of £25 per month, with no other hidden fees or catch applied.
Other membership options are still also available as standard, with this offer being available until January 31st 2018 to both new and existing customers. These items are limited quantity, but we will be updating stock regularly and bringing out new designs to the range. Below is a quick rundown on the items we currently have in stock.  These t-shirts are light weight, featuring the G.A.H Gym logo on the front and the vertical JustFxckingTrain design on the back. This design is currently available in black and white, sizes range from Small - 2XL (Leica is wearing small, Laz medium)      These lightweight red t shirts, featuring the G.A.H logo on the front with the graphic JustFxckingTrain design on the back. Currently we only have these in red, with sizes from Small-2XL (Leica wears small ,Laz Medium)      These hoodies are a thicker material, with a drawstring hood and front pocket with an inner pocket for phones etc. Featuring the G.A.H Logo on the front and the graphic JustFxckingTrain design on the back. Sizes again range from S-2XL, Leica is pictured in a Large (Somewhat oversized) and Laz a medium     These tapered joggers are a lighter weight material, with a slim fit to the leg and a zipper at the bottom. Featuring the G.A.H logo on the front left pocket and G.A.H symbol on the left ankle. Sizes range from a S-XL, Leica wears small, LAz Medium.     Super Saturday was a great success at G.A.H Gym, Big Thanks to everyone that came to the gym to take part in the day that G.A.H is all about, great training in a great atmosphere in a great facility.
