What is the workshop?
After we suffered a fire at G.A.H Gym in May, We started the long road of rebuilding, coming back with a new facility, even better than the original.
There is always going to be more work to be done, but we are on our way back.
The workshop is now fully open to the public as a fully functioning fitness facility made to help any member achieve their goals.

6am-9pm Monday-Thursday
6am-7pm Friday
9am-3pm Saturday/Sunday
