With over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry, we want to give you the tool to make lasting, long term and meaningful changes to your lifestyle to enable you to reach any fitness goal you set. |
What this is
A course designed to increase your understanding of fitness and health
Designed to aid you even after the course has concluded by giving you the knowledge of training and nutrition to make changes as you progress Tailored to guide you to your specific goals and allow you to make fitness a sustainable part of your life |
What this isn't
A quick fix to completely transform you in less than three months
A programme set up in a non sustainable way with only short term goals in mind A programme where there is only one way to do things and is not adaptable |
How 'Empower' Works
- Once you sign up, we will send you a questionnaire outlining your goals, lifestyle etc.
- We will then send you a base training and nutrition plan to start with on your fitness plan
- Then as part of the course there will be 2 group sessions per week -
1 theory based covering training and nutrition as well as developing changes to your plan and how to measure progress

We are offering our 12 week course for £200 per person or £150 for members of G.A.H Gym
