24 Hour Usage and Responsibilities
Once a membership, via any payment method, has been entered into with G.A.H Gym I understand that I have agreed to the following:
I have the necessary gym experience in order to use the facilities. I am in good health and capable of engaging in active or passive exercise. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being and safety during unmanned hours and in event of emergency I will use the emergency numbers displayed in the premises to call for assistance.
I understand that the key fob or code supplied to me is my responsibility and loss will result in payment of the current charge in order to obtain a replacement.
Key fobs and/or codes are for the sole use of the individual that they are supplied to and they are not to be passed to any other person or persons. Any member allowing any access in any way to the facility to any other individual or individuals will initially have a charge for a single session and following this the potential that their membership and access terminated with immediate effect.
All equipment used will be returned to its rightful place as I understand that for both health and safety and respect for other members an orderly facility is of utmost importance. I realise that failure to return equipment to the the relevant storage point could result in restricted access to the gym.
Any equipment that appears to be faulty during unmanned hours will be reported on the form supplied on the notice board.
All changing, toilet and shower facilities will be used responsibly and running water used will be turned off. Any disorder will also be reported on the appropriate form.
If driving on to the estate please do so with respect to local residents, observe the speed limit as displayed and refrain from loud music from vehicles during unsocial hours. Parking during nighttime attendance can be along the side of the building near the unmanned entrance.
I understand that CCTV is in operation 24/7 at the facility.
As a member of G.A.H Gym I agree to adhere to the above usage and responsibilities.
